Rantings of a rather strange little beast

up bright and early this morning with the cute little babe. Her bottom is very busy doing its' best machine gun impersonation. She lovese chewing on her hands so much, but sometimes goes a little overboard and sets off the gag reflex. That in-turn makes her squeal. Kids are soooooo cute.

I'm having hot chocolate for breakfast again. I've found this great dairy free mix you just do with hot water and it's REALLY yummy :) I just can't resist it first thing in the morning. My favourite thing about Autumn is the slightly cooler mornings that make hot drinks an absolute delight. That and it being cool enough to justify really snuggling into the man with the blanky pulled up around my ears. I love Autumn, it's by far my favourite season. Everything about Autumn is beautiful.

I've got a hair appointment at Pia Lane (with Pia herself) on Friday 1st April. Since it's during the holidays I'll even have a babysitter. I'm a little disappointed I'll have to wait that long, but I figure it's worth it.

My mum is coming down on Tuesday morning. That shall be interesting. Hope she's in easy going holiday mode. Not control freak rule the world mode. It's usually quite unpredicatable what she'll be like. I really feel like a streses free holiday with my mum :)

Making more yummy soupy type stuff. I'm loving this new cool weather to make fantstic food with. MMM lentil soup!

Watched Shin sing today. It was an absolute pleasure. He also needs a hair cut. What is it with me and hair stuff!!!

Actually from the audience his hair looked like the helmet hair that the little lego people have. kind of cyte and funky from a distance...but upclose he looks like a Japanese salary man. I keep expecting to see the brown loafers with tassles and a navy polyester suit. EEK!!!

Much more cheerful now
