Rantings of a rather strange little beast

Happy 27th Birthday Shingo

It was my lovely husbands birthday today. I made him a smoked salmon salad with mustard vinagrette.
The poor thing had to get a filling this morning. What a shocked of a start for a birthday.

Then I did the bad wife thing and ran off the choir rehearsal. Though it was a great rehearsal and I feel I'm improving (well at least I hope I am)

I had a nice lunch with a friend who I haven't seen in months. I'd forgotten how tall he is and it was fun to catch up with him and he got to meet Emmie finally. She's been such good baby lately and I really hope she stays that way. It would be nice if more people took such a placid, easy going approach to life.

I've been feeling especially lucky to have such wonderful people to love in my family and friends. I definately hope they feel the same way.

OK maybe it's just the afterglow.
