Well I'm back from canberra and I actually survived my in-laws visit (barely).
Canberra was spectacular, and when I'm not trying to settle Emmie and write a Year 10 rock music unit at the same time as sorting out choir administration issues I'll write much more about it.
In short, things are busy but I'm finally feeling useful beyond the 'mother' role.
chamber choir concert 9 july, be there or I'll set you on fire.
Oh and kitzen-kat you rock, I had a blast and it was heaps fun meeting you. kisses
cheers all

I taught rock in year 10. Complete with electric guitars and drum kit. I still have the scars. I have no idea where the syllabus is, but it worked out pretty well, particularly the bits that involved them *listening* instead of making a crapalicious amount of bad music.
Greetings
Jeff here. I was just reading back over some postings in the Tea Ceremony community on LJ. I found your posts, and thought to take a look at your journal/blog/whatever you want to call it. Your profile says you're in Australia, which I find quite intriguing. So all in all I suppose I thought you interesting, so I added you as an L.J. chum. I hope that's all right?
